THREE CUPS OF TEA: ONE MAN'S MISSION TO PROMOTE PEACE ... ONE SCHOOL AT A TIME
Yes, I've got this #1 book on my July books wishlist. No, it wasn't a gift. Apart from being a #1 on my wishlist, I notice it's also a #1 on the following Amazon's "charts":
Nonfiction > Education
Nonfiction > Social Sciences > Sociology
Nonfiction > Social Sciences > Sociology
Nonfiction > Biographies & Memoirs > Specific Groups > Women
If you've been following the situation in the Middle East and the US 2008 Presidential Elections quite closely, you'll notice that Middle East relations is a key area where both candidates differ in policies. The recent months have seen relatively more stability in Iraq, with Afghanistan being the current focus of many around the world.
Both U.S. Presidential candidates gave a summary of their policy for Afghanistan in the July 28, 2008 edition of TIME, with obvious difference in strategies.
Maybe we should all read this book before we make any comments.
Must-read meter: 5/5
